Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp whole cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice berries

Instructions

  1. Sterilize jars and lids in boiling water.
  2. Combine vinegar, sugar, and spices in a pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add peach slices and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pack peaches into jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
  5. Pour hot syrup over peaches, covering them completely.
  6. Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
