  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull strawberries. Crush them lightly.
  2. Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook for 20-25 minutes until thickened.
