- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 1 small white onion, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
