Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and remove any stems.
  2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, peppercorns, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Place cranberries in a clean jar.
  6. Pour warm pickling liquid over cranberries.
  7. Seal jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
