A simple and flavorful recipe for pickled cherry tomatoes that adds a tangy twist to your meals.

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 sprig fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf, and dill to the boiling liquid.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Place tomatoes in a clean jar.
  6. Pour the warm liquid over the tomatoes.
  7. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
