A tangy and flavorful pepper onion relish perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or as a condiment.

Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and peppers, cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
