- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the basket. Cook for another 7-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
