- 2 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese

- 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed
