- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Combine tomatoes, onion, and vinegar in a large pot.
