  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Thread the meatballs onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between each.
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes.
  6. While the meatballs cook, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. After 8 minutes, brush the meatballs with the honey garlic sauce.
  8. Cook for another 4 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
  9. Serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.
