1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Thread the meatballs onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between each.
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes.
While the meatballs cook, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
After 8 minutes, brush the meatballs with the honey garlic sauce.
