  • 1 teaspoon powdered pectin

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. Mash the strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, and pectin. Stir well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
  6. Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator.
