A sweet and tangy homemade jam combining fresh blueberries and peaches.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped peaches
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the blueberries and peaches.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Stir frequently until the mixture thickens, about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • For longer storage, process jars in a water bath for 10 minutes.
