  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine apricots, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
