  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine corn, bell peppers, onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and mustard seeds.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
