  • 5 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare chokecherry juice by simmering berries with water and straining.
  2. Combine chokecherry juice and pectin in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Return to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and skim off foam.
  5. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
