Instructions

  2. Pack salmon tightly into sterilized canning jars.

  4. Wipe jar rims clean and seal with lids.
  5. Process in a pressure canner at 10 lbs pressure for 100 minutes (pints) or 115 minutes (quarts).
  6. Let jars cool completely before storing.
