Instructions

  3. Pack the cooked ground beef into sterilized pint or quart jars, leaving 1-inch headspace.
  4. Add 1 tsp salt per pint jar if desired.
  5. Wipe jar rims clean and seal with lids and bands.
  6. Process in a pressure canner at 10 lbs pressure for 75 minutes for pints, 90 minutes for quarts.
  7. Let jars cool completely before storing.
