- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Wash blueberries and rhubarb thoroughly.
- Combine blueberries, rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice, and zest in a large pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.
