  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pectin

Instructions

  1. Wash and remove stems from autumn olive berries.
  2. Cook berries with lemon juice in a pot over medium heat until soft.

  4. Return pulp to pot, add sugar and pectin.
