A quick and flavorful one-pan meal combining chicken, potatoes, and taco ranch seasoning, all cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken and potatoes with olive oil, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the cooked chicken and potatoes, then top with cheese.
  5. Air fry for 2 more minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
