Crispy, flavorful salmon bites glazed with sweet chili sauce, cooked quickly in an air fryer.

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Toss salmon pieces in the sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place salmon bites in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
