- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
- Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 12 minutes.
- In a saucepan, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and black pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Toss cooked wings in the sauce until coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
