Ingredients
Scale
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (for tzatziki)
1/2 cucumber, grated and drained (for tzatziki)
1 tbsp lemon juice (for tzatziki)
1 tsp dill, chopped (for tzatziki)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix ground turkey, spinach, feta, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
Serve meatballs warm with tzatziki dip.
Notes
Use lean ground turkey for a healthier option.
Squeeze excess water from the grated cucumber to prevent a watery dip.
Cook meatballs in batches if your air fryer is small.
