Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (for tzatziki)
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tsp dill, chopped (for tzatziki)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, spinach, feta, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
  7. Serve meatballs warm with tzatziki dip.

Notes

  • Use lean ground turkey for a healthier option.
  • Squeeze excess water from the grated cucumber to prevent a watery dip.
  • Cook meatballs in batches if your air fryer is small.
