A delicious and easy-to-make dish combining the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak with the convenience of air-fried stuffed peppers. Perfect for a cozy dinner.

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
  4. Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Fill each bell pepper with the beef mixture and top with shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot.
