  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss gnocchi in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
