  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it, and place a mozzarella cube in the center.
  3. Shape into a ball, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Heat marinara sauce in a small saucepan.
  8. Serve meatballs with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • For crispier meatballs, lightly spray with oil before air frying.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
