Crispy Brussels sprouts with a sweet and tangy maple Dijon glaze, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup.
  6. Brush glaze over sprouts and air fry for another 3-5 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
