- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them in the air fryer basket.
