A quick and flavorful dish combining shrimp, orzo, lemon, garlic, and Parmesan cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cook orzo according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Place shrimp in air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until pink.
  5. Mix cooked orzo with lemon zest, Parmesan, and parsley.
  6. Serve shrimp over orzo.
