- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into 1-inch thick slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp hot honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
