Crispy cauliflower steak slices coated in a sweet and spicy hot honey garlic sauce, made easily in your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into 1-inch thick slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush cauliflower slices with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. In a small bowl, mix hot honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Brush the sauce over the cauliflower and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
