- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
