Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup hot honey
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in milk until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough and cut into biscuits.
  6. Air fry biscuits for 8 minutes.
  7. Soak chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  8. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
  9. Air fry chicken for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  10. Mix hot honey, cayenne, and garlic powder.
  11. Brush chicken with hot honey mixture.
  12. Assemble sandwiches with biscuits, chicken, lettuce, and pickles.

Notes
