- 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Dip the coated florets back in the eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Mix BBQ sauce and hot honey in a bowl.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower nuggets in the sauce mixture.
- Serve warm.
