  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 rice paper sheets
  • 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  3. Coat salmon with the glaze and air fry for 8 minutes.
  4. Shred the cooked salmon into small pieces.
  5. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 10 seconds.
  6. Fill each sheet with salmon, cabbage, and green onions.
  7. Fold rice paper into bite-sized rolls.
  8. Brush with sesame oil and air fry for 3 minutes until crispy.
