2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
4 naan bread pieces
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil to make the sauce.
Brush the sauce over the cooked chicken and air fry for another 2 minutes.
Slice the chicken into thin strips.
Warm the naan bread in the air fryer for 1 minute.
Spread Greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice on the naan.
Add shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, and chicken strips.
