A juicy and flavorful turkey tenderloin coated with a crispy garlic parmesan crust, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

  • 1 lb turkey tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried parsley.
  3. Brush the turkey tenderloin with olive oil.
  4. Coat the tenderloin evenly with the garlic parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the turkey in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
