A quick and easy side dish with tender roasted carrots coated in garlic and herbs, finished with a sweet honey drizzle.

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. Drizzle with honey before serving.
