  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, potatoes, garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  5. Check if chicken reaches 165°F and potatoes are tender.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley before serving.
