A simple and flavorful dish combining juicy steak and crispy Brussels sprouts cooked in an air fryer with garlic butter.

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Toss steak and Brussels sprouts in the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Place steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Add Brussels sprouts and cook for another 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  6. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Cut steak into even thickness for even cooking.
  • Shake the air fryer basket halfway for crispier Brussels sprouts.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
