- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss steak and Brussels sprouts in the garlic butter mixture.
- Place steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add Brussels sprouts and cook for another 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
