A quick and delicious breakfast idea featuring flaky croissants stuffed with everything-bagel seasoned cream cheese and eggs, all cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large croissants
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the croissants in half lengthwise, leaving one side attached to create a pocket.
  2. Mix cream cheese with everything bagel seasoning and spread inside the croissants.
  3. In a pan, melt butter and scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just set.
  4. Spoon the scrambled eggs into the croissants.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the stuffed croissants in the basket.
  6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
