2 large croissants
4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
2 large eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
Cut the croissants in half lengthwise, leaving one side attached to create a pocket.
Mix cream cheese with everything bagel seasoning and spread inside the croissants.
In a pan, melt butter and scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just set.
Spoon the scrambled eggs into the croissants.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the stuffed croissants in the basket.
Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh croissants for best results.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
