  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip chicken strips in flour mixture, then eggs, then crushed tortilla chips.
  4. Place coated strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
