- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Mix sesame seeds, honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Toss cooked tofu in the sauce and serve.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust sriracha for desired spiciness.
- Serve with rice or as a snack.
