Crispy taco-seasoned chicken stuffed in pita pockets, cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 small pita pockets
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces and toss with taco seasoning and olive oil.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Cook chicken in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Warm pita pockets in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stuff pitas with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
  6. Serve immediately.
