A quick and easy air fryer meal with crispy ranch chicken thighs and roasted veggies.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and rub with ranch seasoning.
  3. Toss veggies with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add veggies around chicken and cook for another 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen veggies.
  • Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
  • Check chicken temperature with a meat thermometer.
