Crispy breaded chicken cutlets cooked in an air fryer with ranch seasoning for extra flavor.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
  5. Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, dip in egg mixture, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place breaded cutlets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
  • Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
