- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets.
- Mix breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
- Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, dip in egg mixture, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
