A quick and easy recipe for crispy pepperoni pizza egg rolls made in an air fryer. Perfect for a snack or appetizer.

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Place 2-3 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
  6. Fold the sides of the wrapper inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
  7. Brush the outside of the egg roll lightly with olive oil.
  8. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  10. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  11. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the egg rolls to prevent bursting.
  • For extra crispiness, spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
