- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Place 2-3 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
- Brush the outside of the egg roll lightly with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
