Crispy potato stacks made in an air fryer with parmesan cheese for a delicious and easy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Toss potato slices with olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stack potato slices in small piles, about 4-5 slices per stack.
  4. Place stacks in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
