A simple and flavorful dish featuring crispy parmesan-crusted cod and garlic green beans, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix parmesan, panko, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip each cod fillet in beaten egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
  4. Place cod in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with olive oil, and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. While cod cooks, toss green beans with minced garlic, olive oil, and salt.
  6. After 10 minutes, add green beans to the air fryer basket and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray the crust with oil before air frying.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the cod fillets.
