  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken strips into beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Warm tortillas briefly in the air fryer or microwave.
  7. Assemble wraps by placing chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  8. Roll up tightly and serve.
