- 4 beef chops (1-inch thick)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Dip each beef chop in beaten egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
